Christopher has been offered the role of Pedrillo in Iford Opera’s 2012 production of Abduction from the Seraglio.

Christopher has been asked to perform “Barney the trick pony” in Circus Tricks for Tête à Tête Opera in March 2012. The piece is by Michael Henry & Adey Grummet, and this will be its premier in full, having been a work-in-development over the past few years at the Tête à Tête Opera Festival.

Christopher has been asked to perform in two World Premiers at the Tête à Tête Opera Festival in August. The first piece is Icarus by composer Michael Zev Gordon, where he will play the role of Talus.

Christopher has been asked to cover two roles in the World Premier of Clemency by Scottish composer James MacMillan and directed by Katie Mitchell, to be performed at the Linbury Studio Theatre, ROH2.

Christopher will once again perform the role of Count Almaviva, this time in Opera Brava’s production of The Barber of Seville this summer.

Christopher has been asked to perform the role of Defendant in Trial By Jury with London Operetta! in a one-off performance as part of the City Livery’s dinner.

Christopher has been offered the role of Mercury in Orpheus in the Underworld with Scottish Opera from September-December this year, with performances throughout Scotland, Norther Ireland as well as two weeks at the Young Vic Theatre in London.

Christopher has been awarded the ETO Young Singers Bursary for 2010. He is just the second recipient of this award! The bursary enables Christopher to have coaching with a number of internationally recognised coaches, as well as facilitating a new recording later this year. It is generously provided by Christopher Ball.
